“Custom-made showers are a matter close to our hearts,” says managing director Marco Grießhaber. The sophisticated system with flush-mounted elements and wear parts for removal and attachment guarantees customers an easy-to-clean, long-lasting and sustainable product. “As a result, our customers do not need to appoint a specialist for this work step,” he explains. “In addition, all wear parts are available on the market and can be repurchased cheaply — saving the customer money. ”

Since the family business was founded in Karlsruhe in 2008 by father Paul and son Marco Grießhaber, the aim has been to create a solution for customers with aesthetics, functionality and quality with a personal sense of wellness. In 2012, the company moves to the family's home region and finds a location in Friedrichshafen. From there, the company continues to grow, so that the first employees in field and office as well as in production can be hired in 2015. It quickly becomes clear that Griesshaber glass showers need more space for the grown team and an informative exhibition. In 2017, the groundbreaking ceremony will set the course for the future - in December 2018, the company will move to Spatenstraße 15.

When it comes to design, glass offers countless options that are not limited to bathrooms. The range includes mirror cabinets, back walls for kitchens and plumbing, or fireplace floor panels. Wherever customers want to protect or design something with glass, Griesshaber Glasduschen provides advice and assistance. Customers can choose between standard designs or order their own design. There are hardly any limits: “The back walls can be individually designed,” says Marco Grießhaber. “Whether light, dark, monochrome or with a pattern — the customer can define it all for themselves. ”
Seamless glass backwalls also make cleaning easier in kitchens and sanitary areas.
Especially in bathrooms — combined with the easy-care functionality of the products — Griesshaber glass showers create long-lasting results. “Large areas are easier to clean,” explains Marco Grießhaber. Especially when, as with Griesshaber glass showers, there are no irregularities on the surface. This is because the specialist not only works with large glass surfaces, but also with flush-mounted fittings. Attached sealing profiles also contribute to easier cleaning. This is because the profiles are very easy to remove, meaning that no soap residue collects underneath and also prevents mold. “With this concept, customers get a shower that is much more durable and easier to clean than with conventional approaches,” says the business owner. Griesshaber glass showers have all these options and more because the family can draw on decades of experience in this area. For more than 30 years, the family has been using tempered safety glass in bathrooms. The father of company owner Marco Griesshaber accompanied the beginnings of frameless glass showers and was one of their pioneers.
